C.O.D., there will be a $ 4.75 C.O.D. fee added to your order. Shipping time will range from 2 - 4 weeks. C.O.D. orders placed in the amount of $100 + will be shipped out by United Parcel Services (UPS) Ground.

We don't store your credit card number anywhere. When you type it, the processor only gives an immediate response on whether it was accepted or not, without showing us the number.
You would have to type your number each time that you return.

We will not ever give or sell your customer info to any other company.

Quinn Records TM Shipping Policy

In the U.S.A., if you get one CD, we send by first class mail. Your CD will arrive in 3-5 days

In the U.S.A., if you get MORE than one CD, we send by Priority Mail. Your CD will arrive in 5-6 days.

Outside the U.S.A., we use Global Priority Mail. Your CD will arrive in 5-6 days.

Quinn Records TM Money-Back Guarantee

We gives you a full money-back guarantee: If you don't like a CD, just return it to us within 10 days and we'll give you your money back.

If you pay by credit card, we'll just put the cost of that CD back on to your card
Since we can't refund your postage and handling, to get the CD back to us just write "RETURN TO SENDER" on the original package, and return it back to us.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which is levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearances is your responsibility. We have no control over these charges and can not predict what they may be since custom policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information on how these charges are assessed and applied.

We appreciate your business. When you purchase 2 or more titles either in CD or Cassette Tape format, we will give you 1 free! The Free title will be the title that you ordered, but we reserve the right to give you any title that we choose, of course we will give you an equal type product, because we appreciate your business. But we will always make an honest effort to make sure that the Free Title will be the one that you originally ordered from us.
